Extraction Healing
Although past trauma has been dealt with we may find that our goals are hampered due to attitudes that we have picked up.Sometimes this can be seen as energy that people have given us, negative energy that we retain which acts to deter us from our objectives. Extraction healing seeks to remove these 'darts' of negative energy, pulling them out and the restrictions that they have empowered will be removed from us, allowing us to utilise all of our own natural energy and power.
Power Animal Retrieval
This technique is usually used for clients that have been the subject of bad luck or poor success in life. Usually following a soul retrieval or extraction we seek to unite the client with the primal energy that exists to assist them through life, to preserve them and maintain their link to the spiritual. Bad luck can be seen as a symptom of a person that has lost that link so this will restore it and give them energy and power to deal with most situations. In practice it is similar to soul retrieval in that the therapist/shaman will enter trance and journey to discover what form the power animal takes, then to bring it back to the client and relay the story of what was found and how. I have found many times that this animal is one that the client can readily identify with
Breathing
Most cultures will be familiar with breathing exercises aimed at reducing stress and similar effects. What many people don't realise is that when practiced in a particular way and with specific imagery these methods will strengthen the Body, the Mind and the Spirit. Chi Kung and Yoga are good examples of popular and well known methods of enhancing your strength and power via breathing techniques. They are usually easy to follow so you can add them to your repertoire of power boosting methods.
